The Sports And Recreation Centre In Augustów boasts a swimming pool (25 m x 12.5 m x 1,2 m to 3,4 m deep), a small pool (12,4 m x 7 m, 0,8 m deep) with air-water massage, WHIRPOOL bath-tubs for hot hydro massage, 92-meter water slide, sauna, body-building gym, solarium, bio-regeneration studio and a coffee-bar. The facility is a perfect place for all-year-round recreation and physical rehabilitation. It is fully equipped for the needs of the physically handicapped. The staff of highly qualified instructors and coaches provides professional service and safety.      In 2002 the Augustów Sports and Recreation Centre won the prestigious title of the best design and execution of a sport facility in the category of swimming pools, given by the State Sport Administration.
